The Falk family climbed to the loft when a reindeer forced its way into their stable. The younger child was coughing from dust; they could not stay there long.
I opened both stable doors and waited where the animal could see a clear line to the trees. It took the line. I led the family down, then spent an hour finding the escaped chickens.
